Track arrived well packed in just 3 days with Thanksgiving in between. Install was easy and the product fit well as advertised. I highly recommend this product.

Heavily blemished but gave a partial refund

I purchased 5 tracks for us in my van build. They came in a strong package but the individual tracks were not individually sperated. They became heavily scratched. I contacted customer service and sent pictures. I was told that some scratches always occur. If they replace them there will be scratches. I was not willing to have them replaced with even lightly scratched tracks as this is to be used in a van in high visibilty area. us Cargo gave me a 50% which I found acceptable as I can still use the tracks, just not in the living area. I guess for cargo trailers and trucks minor scratches are ok. I feel not so for an up fitted Van. Thanks for acknowledging the blame and providing the refund Camilo
