A perfect daily cup. This coffee is delicious and has a nice mellow but assertive flavor. Was my first introduction to Indaba and good enough to bring me right back. Fresh and delicious every time.

My go-to espresso. I got a flair classic for Christmas last year and I had an oxo burr grinder but this coffee is the most reliable part of my whole setup. I have gotten the grind just right and now It's super easy to make excellent espresso in my house

Good - But Not as Smooth as Previous Batches

This is my fourth bag of Guatemala, I’ve previously purchased smaller amounts in-store, and this is my second bag through the subscription. While I’ve consistently enjoyed past batches, this one fell a bit short of expectations. The flavor profile felt less smooth and more muted than before, with the chocolate and almond notes not as pronounced. I primarily use Guatemala for cortados, pour-overs, and espresso, but this batch lacked the richness I’ve been really appreciating. That said, I’ve rated previous batches five stars, so giving this one four feels fair, especially since I’ll still be enjoying every last bean.
