LiteHawk Neon Mini Auto

Purchased this toy on April 9. Battery was pre-charged. Flew about 2 min. and after that, when tried to re-charge, it did not charge at all. Talked to LiteHawk customer servive several times. They said probably the battery or the charger was defective. They would ship both battery and charger as soon as possible. Today almost 21 days, no shipping confirmation yet. I am going to return it sooner. My son crying everyday since bought it. I have no words to convence him anymore.

Didn't make it through Christmas Day

The battery life on this drone is so short (less than 20 minutes!!!), that once it died, we tried to charge it- the charger didn't work. I reached out to the drone company directly, and after waiting weeks to finally hear back- they said all the chargers on these were to blame and to take it back to the store... well guess what- everything is closed. This was from Santa and was a massive disapointment.

Cool but...

The extremely short battery life and strict battery charging and usage precautions ended up being very frustrating for a 9-year-old child. Also, product support from LiteHawk is poor. We needed a new battery, which they sell, but they have been out of stock for months with no idea when they will have more.
