Jade Oolong

As a fan of floral flavors, this is incredibly lovely. Light and fresh with a subtle green sweetness, the floral aspects are firmly present in the flavor, but without being too much for anyone floral-adverse. Just right. My wife is often put off by overly floral flavors, but she might love this one even more than I do. It immediately became one of our standout favorites in a highly competitive lineup. It's a bit unique and absolutely worth sampling for anyone looking for tea that feels special. As a particular (but also quite picky) fan of lilac as a scent, I impulse bought a small bag of this instead of a sample and I'm so happy I did. It truly does have a distinct lilac note to it. It captures a little bit of my nostalgia for the flowers in every cup.

Taiwan style, not Chinese

I'm used to the Chinese tie kuan yin oolong tea which is stronger than this. This feels like a lighter green version of the same. Mostly clean of twigs and debris. More delicate flavor so use a little more if you want a more robust taste.

Not what I expected

This tastes like a light Ti Quan Yin rather than the Jade Oolong I’m used to. It’s not bad, just not what I was after.
