Artificial and "off" flavor

I really wanted to like these, but the flavor is completely off. The Earl Grey blends have a very strong, chemical aftertaste that lingers. It doesn’t taste like natural bergamot oil; it tastes like a lab-made fragrance. Given the high price point, I expected a much higher quality leaf and flavoring. To make matters worse, their support wasn't helpful when I raised a quality concern. Plenty of better tea brands out there for this price.

The best tea I've ever had!!!

This Earl Grey is the best I've ever had!!! It my morning ritual now and the fragrance and taste are amazing. I add a tiny bit of lemon juice and it's perfect!

Really enjoy the Buckingham palace earl . Nice smooth flavors.
