Literally no better knife, in my opinion, than Dalstrong. They're gorgeous, sharp, hold an edge and they're absolute work horses. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I love these knives! I am worried about sharpening them in future as I don’t know if I will ever be able to reproduce the edge the knives have right out of the box. They are scary sharp!
