My first true moccasin construction boots, these are every bit as comfortable as expected. I love the idea of supporting an American made product and very much appreciate the craftsmanship that went into these boots. My only disappointment was the lack of water resistance I experienced in my first outdoor wearing. Walking through 6" high wet grass immediately soaked the leather and dampened my socks. I have since treated the leather with a waterproofing cream, which did help quite a bit, but did not entirely solve the issue. I assume some water must be coming through the stitched seams. Not a dealbreaker, but I did expect more weather resistance out of the box.

Amazing quality and comfort out of the box

Really loving these boots. The leather is breaking in nicely and they are super comfortable. These are going to be frequent in my boot rotation!
