Charged, but never sent

My order was delivered 8/8. 2 of 4 items, including the Pink Clay Sponge were Not in the box, no explanation. I reported to Seek and was told it was a USPS shipping issue, but no, it wasn’t shipped in 2 packages, so Seek just missed putting them in the box. I was told they would send the missing items, but nothing received and no updates.
