Customer service outstanding

I had ordered about 8 stickers back in Nov but did the cheapest shipping (no tracking number) but my package got lost in the mail and never came. I reached out to customer service to see about checking on it or getting it resent or just getting my money back. Customer service was great, they sent me out a new order and gave me a tracking number free of charge. I got my stickers just in time for Christmas:)
