I truly enjoy the flavor of this herbal blend. As with most of the tea that I brew, I enjoy it most with a splash of milk. This teahas an almost buttery quality to it that makes it the perfect accompaniment to any sort of sweet. I think that same quality makes it great for an afternoon or evening brew as well. This is one of my favorites.
