Had a fall while fishing high fast water and broke the tip of my 10' 3 weight nymph rod. Could not find a tip locally, so ordered this one and crossed my fingers, Worked like a charm. There are several sizes that would fit smaller and bigger weight rods. Hope I don't need it ever again, but have it if needed.

Better to have it and not need it…

Over the years, I have always had a wide selection of tip tops in my fly fishing bag (along with a glue stick and lighter). This has kept me and my friends fishing when a tip would break. Always remember to remove the lighter before flying and just pick one up on arrival at the fishing destination. This has saved many a trip. The card with several sizes plus a glue stick is very convenient.and should cover almost every rod that breaks its tip on a trip. So buy several and be he hero of your next trip.
