The product is amazing. decent quality. Haven’t got an issue with the product. Delivery however is pretty poor to be sent by second-class to then get lost and then we have to chase you after 10 days before I can actually get a replacement is a bit rubbish. Maybe you need to start sending your parcels by tracked service because Royal mail really aren’t particularly reliable anymore. Thankfully, the second one turned up!
