No complaints on the product. It’s great quality and holds up. We were needing to replace a letter and we were STRONGLY encouraged to buy a complete set of ‘Happy Birthday’. The reason being we get more for our money. Money wasn’t the issue, it’s storage space. We were looking to buy one, individual letter and over email exchanges finally succumbed to buying a package. Please bring back the option to buy individual letters. Thank you.
