I needed a different length than the one I ordered. The customer service I received in order to swap out for a different size was over the top good. Furthermore, I placed my order close to the Christmas holiday, and in spite of the close time line, the bag was delivered with time to spare. Love this company

I purchased my bag about a month ago and used it on a trip right away. The 4 inside pockets organize everything with special attention paid to the buttery soft fabric. My sunglasses sit right in there spot surrounded by luxury! The 4 exterior modern pockets allow you to tuck things away while your on the move. Finally a bag that keeps everything in its place!!! I love the option to wear it around my waist or as a crossbody, both looks are modern and stylish. I went ahead and purchased 2 straps for different looks. This was a nice treat. The bag color is deep and quality is second to none. Support a local, woman- owned business. It’s worth every penny and I get compliments wherever I go. I love this bag! I wear it every day as a crossbody and as a belt bag for my essentials. I love to use it when I need my hands free (travelling or out with the kids). It fits everything I need and is such a great companion to my Juliette Tote.
