Good for custom stuff. If the wall was a bit thicker I'd give 5 stars. I haven't used it with foam yet. Make sure you use something like rod bond if you're using foam. The thin walls make it flexible; you don't want your adhesive failing if it bends a little. Materials in the pictures are titanium and carbon fiber.
