Sashimi Grade Salmon

Very fresh, tasty and great service

Ordered some tuna and salmon (400g) of each, ordering was easy delivery was amazing. I was able to make 6 Maki rolls and 4 hand rolls with some left over for sashimi. The sashimi was very tasty and noticeably fresh! I would definitely order from The Fresh Fish shop again too, as their communication and delivery were above expectations.

Just a little short of perfection

Excellent quality and superb freshness. Delivery and service all top notch. My only criticism is that the salmon was a touch too tender and melt in the mouth. There was a slight mushiness to the flesh that may have been due to the farmed nature of the salmon? Small gripe as for the money, the value was excellent. I will be ordering again!

Excellent quality fish that is still good value for money. It’s the first time I have ordered from the fresh fish shop for a sushi evening and I was not disappointed. I would definitely use them again
