I teach adult vocational education and I bought six of these for my faculty (and one for myself!) for Teacher Appreciation Week. When they arrived 2 were broken. I notified Pfaltzgraff and they immediately dispatched two replacement mugs and I got them in less than a week. And the ladies loved them!
