We really like the mug tree, but the base isn't quite round, so it doesn't turn easily. The other issue is one of design. If the hooks above were attached between the lower hooks, it would hold large mugs on both upper an lower. Still really like it, and it was nice to have for the Cocoa Bar at Christmas.

One of the 8 hooks was missing, not broken off. Looks like a manufacturing defect.
