Is it damaged or normal?
Is it supposed to be slanted? Because the napkin holder I got has the basket part tilted at an angle, and from the product photos you can't tell whether or not it's supposed to be flat, or inclined. It could have been damaged in shipping, or maybe it's supposed to be that way.
