We have had Pfaltzgraff products for many years and continue to enjoy them. This purchase was for a replacement dish for one of our sets. Having the ability to replace broken items is a great service from this company.

I am very happy with the salad plates, which are replacements for three chipped ones that I have had for many years. The covered serving dish, however, is a disappointment, because the lid is difficult to remove when the dish is hot.
