Overall satisfied, The quality of Platzgraff is undeniable but when ordering new items to complement an older set of dishes, the modified manufacturing process makes for slightly different serving settings. Not a problem for most people, myself included, but an indication from factory would have been helpful. Thanks for continuing to produce quality dishes.
