New manufacturer?

These appear to be slightly different than the last time (years ago) I ordered them. Those were more pliable (Yamamoto rubber?), fit a little better especially at the cuff, and the tread is similar but different. These (right) are not as good, but the old ones (left) were so good I'm giving the benefit of the doubt.
