All items arrived in good condition and as promised - with the exception of one through-bolt which had "escaped" the packaging (through a hole in the cardboard box). I called customer service and they shipped out a replacement the same day and we received it (well packaged) in no time, so without impact on our timeline. Definitely an easy and no hassle experience.
