Ready in a Pinch

Strong-Tie products are spec’d on a lot of commercial construction projects. Yet, LOWES or THD carry a very limited supply and ordering takes days to get in. I called their central office and the will call pickup was ready within hours. Frankly it took longer to get it paid for by my home office than it did to get it ready for me on their end. The customer service provided was outstanding.

THE EPOXY ADHESIVE DID NOT MIX RIGHT. AS I UNDERSTAND, THE COLOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN GRAY, BUT IT CAME OUT WHITE. THE ADHESIVE DID NOT WORK, AND THEREFORE IT DID NOT ADHERE AT ALL.
