Simpson Strong? You bet!

The MPB44Z is Simpson strong. Great product. It was easy to install and after the concrete cured and the post was installed, there was no sway or movement whatsoever. I can't understand why it costs $130 though. I think maybe $60 - $75 would be fair, but it did the job so I'm glad I bought it.
