Good Chocolate Mint, But Something Changed
This batch of Chocolate Mint did not taste quite as good as an older batch that I had - not sure what changed, but it seemed to have less flavor than before.

Peppermint Hot Chocolate
I make this at night and then heat it in a saucepan in the morning, pour it in a mug and add whipped cream. It tastes just like a peppermint hot chocolate from McDonald's. I see in another review that it's too salty. I wonder if they accidentally used salted butter as their fat? Also, if you think it needs a higher chocolate-to-mint ratio, add some cocoa powder.
