Peppermint Hot Chocolate

I make this at night and then heat it in a saucepan in the morning, pour it in a mug and add whipped cream. It tastes just like a peppermint hot chocolate from McDonald's. I see in another review that it's too salty. I wonder if they accidentally used salted butter as their fat? Also, if you think it needs a higher chocolate-to-mint ratio, add some cocoa powder.

This is a mild Chocolate Mint, it really reminds me of mint chocolate chip ice cream!

Very good strong mint flavor

I like the flavor of the choc mint, but it's too mint forward strong to have daily by itself. What I do is blend 2 scoops of Chocolate Peanut butter to 1 scoop of the chocolate mint in a blender to make 3 servings and the flavor is perfect for me. Mostly choc/PB with a hint of mint. - love it.
