Easy to install. I prefer these over expansion anchors because they don’t put expansive stress on the slab. And, I can add them to the slab in the places where the j bolts interfere with the framing. Note that I typically have to drill the holes past the 1/2” recommended over drill depth even after blowing out the hole. Apparently, the act of installing the screw creates enough concrete dust to fill the extra 1/2”. And, Fasteners Plus gets them to faster than any other vendor. Couldn’t be happier.
