So many discrepancies, wrong charges, charged TWICE, delayed shipping

I have had a VERY poor experience with this company, sadly. The website listed sale prices - and they were not honored, despite being listed as such. Customer service stated it was the “wrong price”, and refused to honor what was listed on the website. Shipping prices are astronomical for a very small, lightweight order, and after checkout, I was charged an ADDITIONAL amount to my form of payment without approval AND I WAS CHARGED TWICE for that amount!!! Customer service has NOT helped remedy the situation or refunded me the additional money and additional charge as of now; however, they repeatedly send emails saying they will remedy the situation. I can’t possible trust this company. Also, shipping took forever, and didn’t match the shipping confirmation email, not even close. All in all, I will say, my overall experience has been terrible with this company. I will need to seek additional guidance just to get the additional charges refunded bc they have been of no assistance. Truly unbelievable.
