I love the pattern as well as the shape of these dishes, in particular the coffee mugs and the bowls are very pleasing!

As a first time buyer who have made a purchase recently, is very disappointed to this brand. They have not process my order after 5 days of my purchase, no notices or anything until I emailed to their customers service to find out my order was sat in limbo due to a "technical issue" and inventory error at the warehouse. The processing time has passed way more than 3 days and Mikasa has never reached out to me about my purchase til I reached out to them days before my event. A company that with this scale should have a systems to catch these errors instead of relying on customers to find out themselves. Now I'm stuck with last minute shopping before the event. Unacceptable service.
