Jet Set Blue Soup Cereal Bowl

I have 20 place settings of this pattern. I ordered this bowl to replace one that broke. This new bowl is 1/2" wider, much thicker, and heavier. It doesn't quite match the other bowls. What happened? Did you change manufacturers?

Jet Blue

I love this entire set. The plates are large, the bowls are just the right size, and the colors of blue are perfect!

Too small

The bowl is much smaller thsn I need, or want. It is good quality, but does not meet my nreds. The bowl narrows at the bottom and sits on a pedestal, like Asian bowls. I am trying to figure out how to return this purchase.
