Amazing customer service
Already wrote a review on the other tie I ordered but I keep getting reminders telling me I haven't reviewed this one yet. Normally I'd find the reminders annoying but given the quality of the product and customer service I'll write one more. Great work guys.

I’m very please with the knitted ties, just like the wool pocket squares. OOTA creates a very premium product for the price that will also give you the spice you need in the suit department.
