Wrong ring but swiftly changed…

I was originally sent my ring with it been manufactured using rose gold when I had ordered yellow gold. A quick phone call and a few emails later the team at F&S had sent me a postage label to send my ring back and a new ring was starting to be made straight away! Within no time at all the correct ring was through the door and is perfect! The quality of the craftsmanship is second to none!
