Dream skates but adjustment nightmare

Overall I'm in love with these roller skates. They are extremely high quality, comfortable, cute & offer great ankle support. I've only had frustrations on switching out the toe stops and loosing the trucks. One of the toe stops was put on very tightly with little to no lubrication. It took over an hour of trial and error to finally get it off at the cost of stripping the paint on the bolt. For the trucks, the crab tool that came with the skates didn't fit the nuts and required a hammer to get the tool into place around the nut. This ended up taking another hour just to loosen the trucks. For the price of these skates, you would hope the tool that comes with it would actually work.
