The piece is absolutely beautiful! But, more than that the SAAR CO team is incredible. They truly went above and beyond when I made a mistake on the engraving of the necklace, which I didn’t realise until after it was sent. They were more than understanding and gave me 50% off so I could order another one with the correct engraving. The necklace is to honour my boyfriend’s mum who passed away and I know how much my boyfriend will treasure it. Thank you so much for everything.
