Tension arms were ok, had to bend to get the right clarity of repeats. Pinch roller not a suitable replacement. Much too loose, not enough pressure on the capstan to allow for clean, consistent signal.

I have some mechanical issue to exorcise from my EP-3 unit before I’m able to utilize this kit, so I have t installed it yet. Communication was great; they notified me of a minor delay in shipment and apologized profusely. But since this kit was not on critical path in the repair process, three or four days way not an issue.
