This was one of the tastiest pound cakes I've ever had, and it was a nice treat in all of the icy weather we've been having. Nobody in my family was disappointed to have some cake. :)

Frosted Lemon Pound Cake

This pound cake is Jam Packed with lemony flavor. Its consistency is dense but creamy. It is a refreshing palette cleanser between a meal and dessert. The frosted top is very flavorful with lemon juice. Our family really enjoyed it. Great addition to your line of cakes. Great Job! Looking forward to your next flavor. The Apple Brandy & Kentucky Whiskey cakes were really good too! Now the Expresso Cake & the Salted Caramel Cake ! Took my taste buds to a new level. I love coffee. Warning. The Expresso cake is very strong flavor. Just didn’t expect the transition after eating the Apple Brandy. The Salted Caramel was very rich. The topping was too salty for a slice. So I cubed it in small squares. If you offered a lower sodium version of it…I would definitely order it again. The Caramel Flavor was delicious. I have reduced my sodium intake. Please don’t let my comment discourage anyone from ordering it.
