Been using my Wintersteiger Bits for a couple of years and with a binding template and way to mark the center line, mounting skis is fairly straight forward. These bits get the right diameter and depth which is crucial. Since my bits are still good, I got these for my friend.

Worked well for a home mount

I used the paper template for a home mount, but instead of using the trusty 5/32" with a masking tape stop, I used a real binding bit and it worked well without the added stress of drilling through the base.
