I cannot review what I have not recieved

Can you help expedite this order? I ordered two cases on dec 22 2020 & received confirmation they were shipped out. Jan 15 2021, they were in possession of usps Spartanburg SC and left the same day. On Jan 19 2021, they were in transit to the next facility. I have had no further communication and have not received the cases. You may not want to publish this, as it appears the holdup is with USPS
