Little Demon 1 Gal. Conical Fermenter

Pretty good litle fermenter, but ...

I like the compact size and wide top that allows you to clean it between uses. And the conical bit that allows trub to collect at the bottom? Genius. But I have two issues: 1) The lid appears to just sit on top. Something that latches or screws would make me a lot less nervous about contaminants. If you have a vigorous ferment, I could see this dislodging slightly. 2) That spigot can be kind of drippy, even though I've got it down pretty tight. Not sure how to fix that. I'd also recommend some instructions about using the vent plug, or at least an explanation of how it works. I'm leaning toward using a blow-off tube for my next batch.
