Currently have this one in the fermenter, used. Kveik dry yeast, worked quickly, should be bottling next week, then will add commentary on taste.

Temps and Time

It was a little tricky when taste testing final fermentation. Because I expected sweet or slightly sweet based on the ale's description, I think I bottled too soon. Day 12. Temps were 80-85 degrees F and probably contributed to off flavors as well. Still learning! If this recipe were to go on sale, I would try it again. Seems like a good fall/winter brew.
