Smooth Bore

Disappointed

I’ve been a customer for a few yrs and up until recently have loved the coffee. However, I’ve just restocked on smooth bore and it tastes completely different with a bitter aftertaste. And who are bear.co.uk? Completely different roast and flavour. Very disappointed to the point where I’ll be looking for different coffee. I’ve also contacted you a number of times to see if the brew bags will be coming back into stock, with no reply. Have you had a problem or been taken over? The coffee just isn’t the same…..

Yet more "Go Juice!". You can't beat this Company, everything is excellent quality and does exactly what it says on the tin!
