Refined, high quality and discreet

Excellent item. The chain is produced to a good quality as a silver necklace with refined styling; the locking clasp is elegant, and doesn't shout its purpose, so the necklace / collar can be worn anywhere without alerting others to its nature. Has proved comfortable for 24/7 wear including exercise. Cheaper items are available elsewhere, but I've not seen any with this refinement or quality, without which it would not be tempting for full-time wear. It also came nicely packaged.
