I loved my 3mm diamond nose ring when it arrived but lost it within hours after putting it in my nose it fell out . I bought the L post after buying the pin post first which was the same issue so I had to return it but thought the L post would be better. My nose been pierced 10yrs and I usually wear screw on but that wasn’t an option, very disappointed after spending $349 😞
