IT Factory's customer service is excellent. They took time to answer my many questions about the product differences. After my initial order was placed they contacted me before processing to alert me to an incompatibility issue with two items in my cart. I was able to cancel that order completely and start over. As for Office 2013, I was upgrading from the 2007 version. It runs fine on Windows 11 (after disposing of the preinstalled Office 365 first) but its pretty bland looking compared to 2007.
