Great Rollator—Great Service

My wife has used a rollator for eight years after suffering Transverse Myelitis. After searching for a better, sturdier one I happened on Just Walkers. We ordered the Comodità Uno Classic in gray. After a few days I called because it had not yet shipped. Well, with all the problems the pandemic has caused the US distributor was out of stock. But I was assured that it would ship as soon as it was available. To my surprise it shipped a couple of days later. It was actually drop shipped from the distributor via 2nd day delivery at no extra charge. Now that is good service! The walker itself is very easy to assemble and also quite sturdy. My wife says the seat is incredibly comfortable. The brakes are more secure than on any walker she has ever owned. The large front wheels and wide tread make going over carpet, rough pavement or grass much easier and safer. What more can I say. Great product, great service.
