All you need is extra virgin olive oil and one of these delicious flavored white balsamics and all of your guests will ask what your secret is for your salad dressings! The owners are so friendly and always offer a tasting when I come in for my "fix"! We are so lucky to have this gem of a spot in the heart of downtown Los Olivos!

This is my favorite balsamic vinegar. I could drink the from a straw but it tastes amazing on my salads and even strawberries. I can't wait to try other flavors, too, but this one is number one!
