Before ordering I spent some time chatting through the website. After talking through some things and thinking it over, I decided to order. My original order took a while for delivery and was partially damaged. I had to go back and forth on a solution, I was nervous about it coming damaged again when they offered to send a replacement and an extra bottle and just wanted a refund. However, I was not offered a refund. I eventually agreed to the replacement bottle and an extra bottle. The second package also came damaged but not nearly as damaged as the first package. Overall I was not overly impressed by the shipping quality or the packaging quality/ package quality, and was a little frustrated having to go back and forth about a replacement solution, but the team was very nice and easy to work with. This was not a horrible experience but also not an experience that blew me away. This experience however leaves me wondering if the same thing will happen again when I order and if it is worth ordering again.
