I originally learned this in Justin Miller’s “Endure” lecture notes which came out in 2010. This download is professionally shot and JM breaks down the move slowly and clearly. He even shows an easier way to get into the move than what was explained in the notes. In addition you learn how to present this as a color change too. It’s a very clever and highly deceptive move.
