great product @ a decent price with that being said...I have one major problem with this item.. hence my 3 star rating... the remote when switching between collars from 1 to 2... doesn't matter which button you press one or two if you keep tapping that button it switches to the next collar.. which sucks! you cant blindly press which collar you want to communicate with.. you really have to be looking at the remote to know cuz you might correct the wrong dog... My previous caller I could leave it in my hoodie pocket and just by feel know what button I was pressing to correct what dog now I have to physically pull it out of my pocket to make sure I'm on the right dog before I correct them, because both buttons will pick both collars 👎 so really the labels on the button one and two mean nothing... if this worked The way I thought it would I would have given you five stars... and honestly I almost returned it because of this
