My husband has reflux and has to limit anything made with a tomato base. When we had the spaghetti at Cantina del Vesuvio, he didn’t have any issues. When I found the cookbook, I was so excited. I’ve been able to make 4 dishes so far and he hasn’t had a single issue! This is a great purchase.
